Knead the dough for about 10 minutes β it should be soft and elastic.

Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in volume.

After rising, roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray greased with olive oil.

Add tomato sauce, your favorite toppings and cheese.

Bake at 230Β°C for approximately 12β15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
