2-3 capsicum, or green peppers, freshly picked
Olive oil, 1 tablespoon (optional, for moisture)
1/2 to 1 cup of water

After a good washing, slice the green peppers into little pieces. For a more even mixing, take out the seeds.
Mix the peppers:
Put the chopped green peppers into a food processor. To facilitate mixing, add a little amount of water, about 1/4 cup. Make a smooth, verdant paste by blending the ingredients.
