2.2 Preparation Instructions
: Prepare the ingredients: Wash the cucumber thoroughly and slice it without removing the skin, as it contains essential nutrients. Peel the onion and slice it thinly. Mince or crush the garlic and let it sit for a few minutes to release its beneficial properties.
Mix and infuse: In a large pitcher, pour the water and add the cucumber slices, garlic, and onion. Stir gently.
Infuse: Cover and infuse in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, ideally overnight. This step allows the nutrients to infuse into the water.
Consume: Strain the drink if necessary and drink it throughout the day, starting with a glass on an empty stomach in the morning.
