1 liter of water
1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Mint leaves (optional)
Preparation:
Boil the water, turn off the heat.
Add the ginger and let it infuse for 10-15 minutes.
Filter, add the lemon (and honey if you want).
Drink hot or cold during the day.
