1 fresh lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil (or coconut oil)
1 clean cloth
Preparation and application:
Prepare the oil and lemon mixture
Squeeze the lemon juice into a small bowl.
Add olive oil or coconut oil.
Mix well until you get a smooth texture.
Apply to varicose veins
Gently massage the affected area with the mixture, using circular movements for 5 to 10 minutes.
This massage activates blood circulation and allows the benefits of lemon to penetrate deep into the skin.
Leave to act
Soak a clean cloth in warm water, wring it out, then apply it to the treated area.
Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes to maximize nutrient absorption.
Rinse and repeat
