Before making the mask, make sure you don’t have an allergic reaction to the ingredients and test it on the back of your hand to make sure it doesn’t
leave yellow streaks or residue or cause irritation !
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of white yogurt
- Pour the turmeric into a bowl, add the yogurt and honey and mix.
- If the mixture does not have a good consistency,
gradually add yogurt until it forms a cream
that is ideal for spreading and above all does not leak. - Turmeric has a strong coloring power capable of staining clothes and surfaces.
- Before applying the mask, wash your face well and remove any makeup residue.
- Wear an old t-shirt in case you stain your clothes.
- The mask should be applied all over the face, even under the eyes – the anti-inflammatory power of
turmeric helps reduce dark circles which are the result of vasoconstriction. - Leave it on for about 20 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
- Finish the operation by gently drying your face with a towel.
If you have any leftover mixture, you can store it in the refrigerator for a few days and use it again
; usually, honey placed in the refrigerator will solidify.
To be able to reapply the mask, simply add a little more yogurt.
The treatment can be repeated several times a week as needed.
