1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers Biscuits
8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuits and separate them into individual pieces.
Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center.
Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Place the cheese-filled biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each biscuit.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy center!
Variations & Tips
For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture. You can also experiment with different cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for a unique flavor. If you prefer a sweeter version, try using a cream cheese filling with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar on top. These cheese bombs are also delightful with a marinara dipping sauce on the side.
