Ingredients:

Sweet onions 3 large
Cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups
Ranch seasoning 2 teaspoons
Ranch or marinara for dipping –
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 375 degrees F.
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper for easy removal.
Grease the parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Onions
Slice three large sweet onions into very thin rounds.
Discard the outer skin and aim for about 16 rounds.
Cheese Piles
Arrange eight piles of shredded cheddar cheese on each cookie sheet.

Assemble the Crisps
Place one onion round on top of each cheese pile.
Sprinkle the crisps with two teaspoons of ranch seasoning.
Bake to Perfection
Bake in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes, keeping a close eye on them.
Cooking time may vary based on onion slice thickness.
Cool and Serve
Allow the crisps to cool for 5-7 minutes before removing them from the sheet.
Serve with your choice of marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
