This exercise is not recommended for those with heart disease, asthma, or spinal hernias.

This exercise is very effective for losing belly fat and slimming your waist. To benefit from it, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and stretch your arms toward the ceiling.
Next, tilt them forward as if you were about to touch the floor. Your pelvis should be tilted back and your hands clasped together. Then return to a standing position and repeat the movement up to 20 times.
