These delightful cranberry brie bites are a perfect appetizer for any gathering. The creamy brie cheese, tangy cranberry sauce, and flaky puff pastry combine to create a delicious and elegant treat.

Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity
Frozen puff pastry sheets 1 package
Brie cheese, sliced into small cubes 1 wheel
Cranberry sauce 1/2 cup

Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry: Roll out thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into approximately 2-inch squares.
Assemble bites: Place a cube of brie in the center of each pastry square. Top with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
Fold pastry: Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and gently press to seal.

Arrange on baking sheet: Arrange bites on prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until pastry is golden and crispy.
Cool and serve: Let bites cool slightly before serving.
