Instructions:
Step 1 :
In a plastic bowl filled with hot water, add the baking soda, salt, and mix everything together until dissolved. Then soak your feet for 15 minutes and dry them with a towel. For a few minutes, rub them gently with a pumice stone.
Step 2
Mix olive oil and sugar and rub this mixture on your heels to exfoliate dead skin cells. Rinse your feet with water to finish.
Step 3:
In this last step, take another container with warm water in which you will add the piece of candle and a few drops of essential oil. Melt the ingredients well, then put the mixture in the refrigerator to solidify. Then apply the resulting cream to your heels and put on a clean pair of socks before bed.
