To make a parsley tea:
Chop parsley roots into small pieces and add 200 ml of boiling water.
Boil the mixture for 5 more minutes. Then cover it, let it steep for 15 minutes, and strain.
For maximum benefit, drink three cups daily.
In alternative medicine, parsley is also praised for helping to eliminate kidney stones and sand, treating urinary tract infections, and acting as a strong natural diuretic.
Both parsley roots and leaves can be used to prepare the infusion.
