This plant kills 86% of lung cancer cells (Page 1 ) | November 24, 2025

Lung cancer is one of the most common causes of cancer death. More people die from the disease than from colon, breast, and pancreatic cancers combined.

Between 75% and 80% of lung cancer cases are non-small cell bronchial carcinomas. A study published in PubMed shows that parsley can be used as a treatment for this dreaded disease thanks to a compound it contains, apigenin, which has the ability to kill up to 86% of cancer cells.

Besides parsley, there are other foods rich in apigenin, such as celery, onions, oranges, oregano, coriander, chamomile tea, red wine and artichokes.

But the apigenin contained in parsley is the most concentrated and therefore the most recommended in the fight against cancer.

Parsley infusion should be prepared as follows:

Finely chop the parsley root and pour 200 ml of boiling water over it.

Cook for another 5 minutes. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes, then strain.

To fully benefit from its healing properties, drink 3 glasses a day.

In alternative medicine, parsley is considered the best remedy for removing sand and kidney stones, effectively treating urinary tract infections, and is also a strong diuretic.

We recommend an infusion of parsley root and leaves.
