Ingredients:

For Finger Biscuits (Ladyfingers):

  • Egg White: 1
  • Sugar: 30g
  • Egg Yolk: 1
  • Cake Flour: 30g
  • Powdered Sugar: For dusting

For Tiramisu Cream:

  • Mascarpone Cheese: 250g, at room temperature
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: 25g
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
  • Heavy Cream: 200ml
  • Sugar: 20g

For Coffee Syrup:

  • Brewed Coffee: 120g, warm
  • Sugar: 15g
