Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, combine the crumbled biscuits, mascarpone, cocoa powder, espresso and icing sugar.
Mix all the ingredients well until smooth and soft.
Form the truffles:
Take small portions of the dough and roll them between your hands to form uniformly sized balls, about 2 to 3 centimeters in diameter.
Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place them in the refrigerator for about 15 to 20 minutes to firm up slightly.
Decorate and serve:
After resting in the refrigerator, the truffles should be slightly firmer. If desired, you can roll them in cocoa powder or coffee powder for an extra finish.
Transfer the tiramisu truffles to a serving dish and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
These tiramisu truffles are a quick, easy, and delicious dessert that can be made in just minutes. They are perfect for serving at the end of a meal or as a take-home dessert to a party.
Enjoy your food!
