Cook Pasta: Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Garlic: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Simmer Cream: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes, until slightly thickened.
Add Parmesan: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and incorporated.
Add Mozzarella: Stir in mozzarella cheese and cook until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
