Add Parmesan: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and incorporated.
Add Mozzarella: Stir in mozzarella cheese and cook until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat.
Serve: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley
