Préchauffer le four à 180°C (thermostat 6).
Dans un saladier, mélanger la farine, les oeufs, la levure et le yaourt.
Ajouter progressivement l’huile d’olive ainsi que le lait.
Mélanger jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte lisse.
Ajouter le thon émietté et les olives, le sel, le poivre puis remuer.
Mettre au four, sur 180°C pendant 30-40 min environ
