Gouda cheese:
Combine all the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough. Cover with a cloth and let rest for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: mash the potatoes, season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and Gouda cheese, and mix well. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll it out. Place one portion of the filling in the center at a time, close the dough, and roll it out again. Fry in a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil until golden brown on both sides.
