- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Chop the Vegetables:

- Chop the leek, cabbage, red pepper, carrots, and potatoes. Place them on a large tray.

- Add a pinch of dill and parsley to the chopped vegetables. Mix well.
- Preheat the Oven:

- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Add Dry Ingredients:

- Gradually add 4 tablespoons of flour and half a pack of baking soda to the egg mixture, stirring until no lumps remain.

- Combine with Vegetables:
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix well.

- Spread and Bake:
- Spread the vegetable mixture on a large baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

- After 30 minutes, sprinkle 50 grams of grated Cheddar cheese and garnish with sesame and black cumin.
- Final Bake:

- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.

- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
