- Blend: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides once or twice to ensure everything is well incorporated.
- Sweeten It Up: Add honey or maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt. Blend again until everything is fully mixed.
- Serve: Pour the mixture into small bowls or glasses. You can enjoy it immediately for a smoothie-like consistency or chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes for a thicker, pudding-like texture.
