Mix the ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes. Let dough rest for 1 hour.
Lower the dough into a rectangle, spread the butter, fold the dough and form twists. Arrange them on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
Brown the buns with an egg yolk and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
