4-5 stalks of fresh celery
1 large cucumber
1 green apple
Juice of half a lemon
A sprig of mint (optional for enhanced flavor)
Preparation:
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
Chop the celery, cucumber, and green apple into manageable pieces.
Add all the ingredients to a juicer or blender.
Consumption:
Consume this fresh celery juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Drink it regularly for best results
