Vanilla chocolate cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup butter or ghee
  • 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (referred to as “nsha” in the recipe)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Dark chocolate pieces (for adding into the batter)
