Safe DIY Body Scrub Recipe
2 tbsp used (cooled) coffee grounds
1 tbsp Vaseline
Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil or brown sugar for extra moisture/exfoliation
How to Use:
Apply to damp skin in the shower (elbows, knees, feet).
Massage gently in circular motions for 30–60 seconds.
Rinse thoroughly with a washcloth.
Limit use to once a week—over-exfoliating can damage your skin barrier.
Gentler Face Alternative: Mix fine oatmeal + honey + a drop of jojoba oil.
