Instructions:
Combine frozen strawberries and pineapple juice in a blender or food processor.
Blend on high speed until the strawberries are broken down and the mixture is smooth.
Add vanilla almond milk and honey (if using) and blend again until fully incorporated and smooth.
If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of almond milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately. For a firmer consistency, freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
