Vegetable seasoning – a lifesaver! In the winter I regretted that I had prepared some. Without boiling and sterilization!

I pour boiling water over the tomatoes, then immediately transfer them to very cold water. This makes it easy to peel them. Then I puree them with a blender.

I cut the peppers and onions into small cubes, grate the carrots, and finely chop the green spices. I mix everything together and pour over the pureed tomatoes and salt.

I distribute the mixture into sterilized jars and close with lids.
