3. Baking
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes.
Check the cooking by inserting a toothpick into the center: if it comes out dry, the cake is ready.
4. Cooling and decorating
Leave the cake to cool in the mold for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
Dust the surface with icing sugar before serving.
Tip:
For an extra touch, you can add chocolate chips to the cocoa dough or a spoonful of rum for a special flavor.
