2. To make towels softer, add half a cup of vinegar to your washing machine’s rinse cycle. This helps restore fluffiness and breaks down residue.
3. Remove stains: Apply a mixture of vinegar and water to the fabric before washing to remove very set-in stains.
4. Remove mildew: Soak towels in a mixture of equal parts water and vinegar to remove mildew. Then, wash them normally.
If you follow these simple instructions, you won’t even need to use chemical-laden commercial solutions to get the best wash results.
