Instructions:
Get your aluminum foil ready:
To wrap around each foot, tear off a piece of aluminum foil that is big enough. Toes and heels are good areas to focus on with smaller pieces.
Cradle Your Toes:
With the shiny side facing inward, wrap the aluminum foil over your feet. You may also use it to target certain regions that hurt or are uncomfortable
Apply adhesive tape or a gentle cloth to hold the foil in place if necessary. Wearing socks over the foil is another option for preventing it from moving.
Turn it off:
After one or two hours, remove the foil for optimal results. While some find it most beneficial in the morning, others find it most useful in the evening just before bed.
