Potatoes, thinly sliced 4 medium
Onion, chopped 1 large
Garlic, minced 2 cloves
Shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup
Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10.5 oz)
Milk 1/2 cup
Salt and pepper To taste
Dried thyme 1 teaspoon

Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook onion and garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
