Components:
1 cup of oats
80g of nuts (chocolate pecans, walnuts, or almonds)
One tsp of cocoa powder
10g vanilla sugar (or use your preferred sweetener and a little amount of vanilla essence in place of)
One spoonful of seeds from sesame
120ml of mashed, ripe banana and water (optional; see directions)
Guidelines:
Warm up the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F) to begin. Put parchment paper on a baking pan to stop the cookies from sticking.
Get the dough ready: The oats, chopped nuts, chocolate powder, vanilla sugar, and sesame seeds should all be combined in a big mixing basin. Thoroughly combine these dry ingredients.
Mash the Banana: Mash the ripe banana until it’s smooth in a different bowl. The banana serves as the cookies’ natural binder and sweetness.
Mix: To the oat mixture, add the mashed banana. Ensure that all the ingredients are well mixed and combined. The moisture from the banana should usually be sufficient to bind the ingredients together, but if it appears too dry, you may add a little water.
