The first easy-to-detect indicator is the color of your urine. If it’s clear, everything is fine. But if it turns dark yellow or even brown, it means your body is concentrating waste due to dehydration. Your kidneys are working harder, which can cause long-term problems.

Infrequent bathroom trips:
Are you going long periods without going to the bathroom? This is a sign you’re not drinking enough. Normally, our bodies regularly eliminate the water they absorb. If this doesn’t happen, try to retain it as much as possible… which can hinder the elimination of toxins.
