1 cup fresh lemon juice (from 4–5 lemons)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup cold water
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Lemon slices & mint (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
In a blender, mix lemon juice, sugar, and cold water until the sugar dissolves.
Add ice and blend until slushy and frothy.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately in glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and mint if you like!
