You need to add soda before putting the towels in the drum. This will change the acidity level of the water. Pour a cup of soda into the drum, put the clothes in, then add the washing powder and wash. After washing, you can evaluate the smell of the laundry and put the clothes out to dry. You can’t pour soda on your clothes.
Try it and you will be surprised by the result!
