Wonderful Polish Cake

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 150 grams (1 and 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 100 milliliters (1/3 cup) water
  • 100 milliliters (1/2 cup) milk
  • 90 grams (1/4 cup) butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Cream:

  • 450 milliliters milk
  • 150 grams (1/2 cup) sugar
  • 100 grams (1 cup) flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 grams (3/4 cup) butter
  • Optional: vanilla extract, icing sugar, sprinkles
