Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble the Rolls: Unroll croissant dough and place a slice of pepperoni and half a mozzarella stick on the wide end of each triangle. Roll tightly toward the tip.
Brush & Season: Place rolls on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
