Ingredients:
Egg Yolks: 4

Egg Whites: 4

Greek Yogurt: 400g

Cornstarch: 4 tbsp

Baking Powder: ½ tsp

Chocolate Chips: 40g

Sugar: 4 tbsp

Powdered Sugar: for dusting

Instructions:
Step 1:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and egg yolks. Whisk until smooth.

Step 2:
Add the baking powder and cornstarch. Whisk again until well blended.

Step 3:
Add the Greek yogurt and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Step 4:
In a separate clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 5:
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter using a spatula.
