Remove the tops of the strawberries and cut out the white center.
8 medium size fresh strawberries
Dice the strawberries about ¼ inch wide.
Depending on the size of your mold, add 3 to 5 pieces of diced strawberries and 3 to 4 small blueberries into the bottom of the silicone molds.
¾ cup small fresh blueberries
Next about 1 tablespoon of the plain greek yogurt, depending on the size of the mold, on top of the berries.
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Gently jiggle or tap the molds to remove any air bubbles. (Add more yogurt as needed to completely fill the mold)
Scrape any excess yogurt from the top of the mold either with an offset spatula or a spoon. Use a damp paper towel to remove what the spatula or spoon cannot.
