Making a Flower Float Out of Pool Noodles: First, Get Your Pool Noodles Ready.
Make seven seven-foot pieces of nylon rope.
Go through each pool noodle by threading a single string. Attaching a fishing weight to one end of the rope and threading it through the noodle will make threading much simpler.
Shape each pool noodle into a flower and fasten it in place by knotting the string.
Next, arrange the petals.
To get the design you want, lay the petals of the pool noodle next to each other. Arrange the colors in a way that makes sense if you’re going to use more than one.
Make the floral form you choose by lining up the noodles like petals on a flower.
Third, fasten with zip ties.
Attach the petals to one another using zip ties. Zip ties should have their ribbed side facing up, and any extra ends should be tucked between the noodles to avoid scratching.
