Fourth, Make the Center of the Flower
Gather the cord ends from two noodles and knot them together, starting at the left end of one noodle and working your way to the right.
As you go around the circle, be sure you link the two ends of the cord for each noodle using this knotting method.
Carry on with the same steps for the second, third, and fourth rows of knots. Like a flower’s core, the circle will progressively diminish as you go.
Step 5: Putting the Lipstick on It
Thread any excess cable strands through the pool float’s center hole and fasten them with a zip tie if they are protruding from the top.
The time has come to finish your pool noodle flower float! Toss it into the water for a fun and stress-relieving float.
