The pull-out cutting board that is installed in your kitchen was primarily designed to be a bread making surface. This may have enabled kneading of the dough and preparation of the bread in a convenient area pulled out from the oven. This design aspect was intended to enable users to engage in the process of baking without necessarily having to do so in the main kitchen area and therefore create a mess. The pull-out cutting board in this case was going to be used as a specialized area for carrying out activities that involved bread making in order to enhance organization in the kitchen.
