1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.
Gradually add the warm water and stir until a shaggy dough forms. The dough will be sticky—this is normal!
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let it rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours. (Yes, the long rise time is key to developing flavor and texture!)
