The nutritional value of loofah is quite high, offering various health benefits such as lowering blood pressure, reducing blood sugar, improving constipation, enhancing skin appearance, and protecting the liver.
However, not all foods are suitable to combine with loofah. Below are some common foods that should not be eaten with loofah:
Loach Fish
Loofah is rich in vitamin B1, while loach fish contains an enzyme that breaks down vitamin B1. When eaten together, the enzyme in loach fish will destroy the vitamin B1 in loofah, reducing its nutritional value.
