Belly Fat Burning Rice and Egg Delight

Ingredients:

  • Olive oil: For sautéing
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 200 grams of diced tomatoes
  • Green onions, parsley, and minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon of corn (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of flour

Instructions:

1. Cook the Rice:

  • Heat a few drops of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the rice and sauté for 3-4 minutes until it starts to turn golden.
  • Add 2 cups of boiling water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  • Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until the rice is fully cooked and the water is absorbed.
