1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
1 tablespoon chia seeds
For decoration:
Fresh fruit of choice (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, kiwi)
Nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds), finely chopped
A little honey or agave syrup (optional)
