Ingredients:
Fresh rosemary sprigs (or dried rosemary, if available)
A heat-resistant dish or fireproof bowl
Matches or a lighter
Directions:
Prepare the Rosemary: If you’re using fresh rosemary, snip a few sprigs from the plant. Make sure the rosemary is fully dry before burning. You can also use dried rosemary if you don’t have fresh sprigs.
Light the Rosemary: Hold a match or lighter to one end of the rosemary sprigs and let it catch fire. Allow the rosemary to burn for a few seconds.
Blow Out the Flames: Once the rosemary is burning, gently blow on the flames so that the herb smolders and releases its smoke, which is where the aroma comes from.
