300 g cooked chestnuts (in a jar or vacuum-packed)
500 ml chicken stock (or vegetable stock for a vegetarian version)
100 ml full-fat liquid cream
50 g grated parmesan
30 g whole hazelnuts
Salt and pepper
A few fresh parsley leaves for garnish (optional)
Parmesan shavings for finishing
