Ingredients:
250g ladyfingers or biscuits of your choice
500g mascarpone or
cream cheese 250ml cream 100g caster
sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 200g chocolate (for melting) Optional: chopped nuts or fruit for decoration
Guide:
Start by whipping the cream until stiff. Make sure the cream is cold and whip it in a chilled bowl for best results.
In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone or cream cheese with the icing sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
