▢1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
▢1 Tablespoon garlic powder
▢1 teaspoon kosher salt
▢½ teaspoon black pepper
▢1 cup plain panko breadcrumbs
▢2 pounds (85/15) ground beef
For the glaze:
▢½ cup ketchup
▢½ cup bbq sauce
▢¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
▢fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
