Ingredients:
2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
3 avocados, cut into chunks
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped (you can substitute with parsley or basil if preferred)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons lime juice (lemon juice can be used as an alternative)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
